RESOLUTION NO. 05- 080
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR
2005 PAVEMENT MARKING AND
RADISSON ROAD SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for local improvements designated as
2005 Pavement Marking and Radisson Road Project, City Project Nos. 05-06 and 05-07, bids
were received, opened on August 29, 2005 and tabulated according to law, and such tabulation is
attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that AAA Striping Service Co. is the
lowest bidder in compliance with the specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to enter into a contract with AAA Striping Service Co., in the name of the City of Shorewood,
Project Nos. 05-06 and 05-07, according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the
City Council on file in the office of the City Administrator/Clerk.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 12th
day of September 2005.
