RESOLUTION NO. 05-078
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY ON -SALE LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 340A.401, the Minnesota Department of
Public Safety, Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement Division requires an application and permit
for a temporary liquor license for Municipal Liquor wine -tasting events;
WHEREAS, said Department provides that an applicant shall complete an application
for a temporary on -sale liquor license for approval by the City;
WHEREAS, the applicant has satisfactorily completed an application for the issuance of
a temporary on -sale liquor license;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
That a temporary on -sale liquor license be issued to Shorewood Liquor, for its wine
tasting event on January 18, 2006 from 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M., at the Southshore Center,
5735 Country Club Road.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood this 12th day of September,
2005.
