CITY OF SHOREWOOD
RESOLUTION NO. 99-Q.U
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BOULDER BRIDGE - BADGER FIELD
W ATERMAIN PROJECT, CITY PROJECT NO. 95-16, AND AUTHORIZING
FINAL PAYMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood has entered into a contract with Ryan
Contracting, Inc.(Contractor) for the Boulder Bridge Badger Field Watermain
Improvement Project, City Project 95-16; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood and Ryan Contracting Inc. entered
into a Court ordered settlement hearing to resolve contractual disputes and performance
issues for the Improvements; and,
WHEREAS, a settlement has been reached between the City of
Shorewood and Ryan Contracting Inc. regarding said disputes;
.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Shorewood
hereby does accept the work completed pursuant to said contract and authorizes final
payment to Ryan Contracting in the amount of $80,352.61.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood this 28th day of
June, 1999.
