RESOLUTION NO. 99-026
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASffiILITY REPORT, ORDERING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES, AND SETTING A DATE FOR A PUBLIC
INFORMATION MEETING FOR CITY PROJECT 9901
NOBLE ROAD RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a Resolution on December 14, 1998, which set a
1999 Capital Improvement Program Budget and projects therein; and
WHEREAS, the 1999 Capital Improvement Program includes the Noble Road
Reconstruction Project from Grant Lorenz Road to approximately 670 feet west of Grant Lorenz
Road; and
WHEREAS, WSB and Associates, Inc. has prepared a Feasibility Report for said
Improvement and has been presented to the City Council on April 26th, 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood, Minnesota:
1.
Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed on this 26th day of April,
1999.

2. WSB and Associates & Associates Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for
this improvement and shall prepare Plans, Specifications and Estimates for the
making of such improvement.
3. A Public Information Meeting is to be conducted at the City of Shorewood
Council Chambers on May 12, 1999 at 4:30 p.m..
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD this 26th
day of April, 1999.
