RESOLUTION NO. 99- 022
A RESOLUTION RELATING TO DISMISSAL OF TIDRD PARTY
DEFENDANT IN THE MATTER OF RYAN CONTRACTING, INC. vs. THE
CITY OF SHOREWOOD
WHEREAS, the City is involved in a construction dispute with Ryan
Contracting, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the City moved to include the engineering firm of Orr-Schelen-
Mayeron & Associates, Inc. ("OSM"), as a third party to this action; and
WHEREAS, the City and OSM have agreed to dismiss all claims against OSM.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City agrees to release OSM
from all claims for total consideration in the amount of $7,500.00.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, of the City of Shorewood, Minnesota
this 26th day of April, 1999.
