RESOLUTION NO. 98-056
A RESOLUTION LOCAL SEWER AVAILABILITY CHARGES AND PARK
DEDICATION FEES PAID IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CREATION OF
PIN 33-117-23-34-0029
WHEREAS, a new lot, known as PIN 33-117-23-34-029, was created by the
subdivision of PIN 33-117-23-34-0011, as requested by the owner of such parcel, Ron
Hume; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Hume paid Local Sewer Availability Charges (LSAC) and Park
Dedication Fees on the newly created lot, as required by City Code; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Hume has resubdivided his property, resulting in one less
buildable lot; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Hume has petitioned for the refund of such fees and charges
pending the recording of the new subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood that:
1. Upon the recording of Shorewood City Council Resolution No. 98-053, and
proof of the recording of such Resolution, the Local Sewer Availability Charges and Park
Dedication Fees paid in connection with the creation of the previous lot be refunded to Mr~
Hume.
ADOPTED by the City Council of Shorewood this 8th day of June, 1998.
