RESOLUTION NO. 98-
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LICENSE FOR
A REFUSE COLLECTORS

WHEREAS, the Shorewood City Code Section 507.05 provides for the annual
licensing of refuse collectors in the City; and
WHEREAS, said Section provides that an applicant shall complete an application
and fulfill certain requirements concerning insurance coverage and pay licensing fee; and
WHEREAS, the following applicant has satisfactorily completed this application
and fulfilled the requirements for the issuance of a License for Refuse Collection.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Shorewood
as follows:
That a License for Refuse Collection be issued effective upon passage of this
resolution and through December 31, 1998, to the following applicant:
