RESOLUTION NO. 96-109
A RESOLUTION ABATING REMAINING LEVIED WATER TRUNK
CHARGES, AND REFUNDING WATER TRUNK CHARGES PAID
TO DATE, LOCAL SEWER AVAILABILITY CHARGES AND PARK
DEDICATION FEES PAID IN CONJUNTION WITH THE
CREATION OF PIN 33-117-23-23-0059
WHEREAS, a new lot, known as PIN 33-117-23-23-0059, was created by the
subdivision of PIN 33-117-23-23-0001, as requested by the owner of such parcel, John
Paulson; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Paulson paid Local Sewer Availability Charges (LSAC), Park
Dedication Fees, and petitioned for the levy of Water Trunk Charges on the newly created
lot, as required by City Code; and,
WHEREAS, the new lot was purchased by the owners of the parcel located
directly south of the new lot, Mike and Lori Herman; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Herman have petitioned for the abatement and refund
of such fees and charges pending the combination of the new lot with their existing lot.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood that:
1. Upon the combination of the lots known as PIN 33-117-23-23-0059 and PIN
33-117-23-23-0002 into a single lot, and proof of the recording of such
combination is presented to the City Clerk, all remaining levies for Water Trunk
Charges will be abated, and all installments paid to date on such Water Trunk
Charges shall be refunded to Mr. and Mrs. Herman.
2. Upon the combination of the lots known as PIN 33-117-23-23-0059 and PIN
33-117 - 23- 23-0002 into a single lot, and proof of the recording of such
combination is presented to the City Clerk, the Local Sewer Availability Charges
and Park Dedication Fees paid in connection with the creation of the new lot be
refunded to Mr. Paulson.
ADOPTED by the City Council of Shorewood this 4th day of December, 1996.
