A RESOLUT:ION ACCEPT:ING LOCAL RESULTS OF
1996 GENERAL ELECT:IONS
WHEREAS, a General Election was held on November 5,
1996 in Precincts 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the City of Shorewood;
and
WHEREAS, said election results are officially contained
in the tabulation attached hereto and made a part hereof as
Exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE :IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Shorewood as follows:
That the tabulation of election results for the General
Election held on November 5, 1996 as contained in the
tabulation attached hereto as Exhibit A is hereby
approved.
ADOPTED BY THE C:ITY COUNC:IL OF THE C:ITY OF
SHOREWOOD this 6th day of November, 1995.

I, the undersigned City Clerk of the City of Shorewood do hereby
certify that all of the ballots cast at the General Election held on
November 5, 1996 were carefully tabulated and that the number of votes

displayed on a suitable staff during the hours of voting.
