RESOLUTION NO. 96. 80
A RESOLUTION SETTING A BUDGET FOR 1996 WATERMAIN
CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
WHEREAS, City Projects: #95-14 Eureka Road, Smithtown to Birch Bluff;
#95-15 Smithtown Road, South to City Limits; and #95-16 Smithtown Road, Eureka to
Country Club have been authorized to proceed in 1996; and
WHEREAS, the bids have been taken and contracts awarded for the projects; and
WHEREAS, budgets for the projects should be reviewed and updated following
the award of the contracts.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following project budgets
are accepted by the City Council of the City of Shorewood, Minnesota.
