96-058WHEREAS, the cities of Deephaven, Excelsior, Greenwood, Shorewood and
Tonka Bay have entered into a cooperative agreement to fund and build the Southshore
Senior Community Center building; and,
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINANCING AND TRANFERS OF
FUNDS FOR OFF -SITE IMPROVEMENTS RELATED TO THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE SOUTHSHORE SENIOR COMMUNITY
CENTER
WHEREAS, it is necessary to make certain off -site improvements to the property
adjacent to the Southshore Senior Community Center property, such property being owned
by the City of Shorewood; and,

WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood has committed to funding such off -site
improvements according to estimates by the City Engineer outside of the cooperative
agreement from available city funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood that the off -site improvements to the property adjacent to the Southshore Senior
• Community Center property are hereby authorized to be financed, with transfers to the
Southshore Senior Community Center Project Fund as follows:
