A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES ON
CITY PROJECT 95-16
SMITHTOWN ROAD IMPROVEMENTS FROM
FROM EUREKA ROAD TO COUNTRY CLUB ROAD
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 96-21 adopted by the City Council
March 11, 1996, a Feasibility Report for City Project 95-16 was accepted; and
WHEREAS, it is proposed that Plans, Specifications and Estimates are needed to
proceed with said project; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 96-22 authorized execution of an agreement for
professional engineering services for said project.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood, Minnesota:
That the Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to enter into an
agreement for professional engineering services with Orr-Schelen-Mayeron
& Associates for the design phase of Project No. 95-16 for an amount not
to exceed $50,000.
