RESOLUTION NO. 96- 43
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES ON
CITY PROJECT 95-15
SMITHTOWN ROAD WATERMAIN EXTENSION FROM
BOULDER BRIDGE CIRCLE TO THE SOUTH CITY LIMITS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 96-35 adopted by the City Council April
22, 1996, a Feasibility Report for City Project 95-15 was accepted; and
WHEREAS, it is proposed that Plans, Specifications and Estimates are needed to
proceed with said project.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood, Minnesota:
That the Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to enter into an
agreement for professional engineering services with Orr-Schelen-Mayeron
& Associates for the design phase of Project No. 95-15 for an amount not
to exceed $5,080.
