A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES ON
CITY PROJECT 95-16
SMITHTOWN ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the City Council March 11,
1996, a Feasibility Report for City Project 95-16 was accepted on March 11, 1996; and
WHEREAS, it is proposed that Plans, Specifications and Estimates are needed to
proceed with said project.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood, Minnesota:
That the Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to enter into an
agreement for professional engineering services with Orr-Schelen-Mayeron
& Associates for the preparation of Plans, Specifications and Estimates for
City Project 95-16.
