" , CITY OF SHOREWOOD RESOLUTION NO. 95- 109 A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE ADEQUACY OF THE PETITIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, the City has received petitions (the Petitions) requesting that the City allow the trunk water charge to be spread against the property for up to fifteen (15) years; and WHEREAS, the names of those petitioners and their associated plats or locations are as followings: 1. Brian and Darlene M. Fredrickson 2. Anthony Eiden, Abingdon Development 3. Alan Krutsch and Susan Prince 4. John W. Paulson 5. Anthony Eiden, Abingdon Development and Delores Tessier 6. Anthony Eiden, Abingdon Development Birch Bluff Lake View Addition Jaeger Addition Smithtown Road Eureka Road Smithtown Meadows Heritage WHEREAS, the City has reviewed the Petitions and identified the owners of the real properties abutting the streets named in the Petitions and determined that the Petitions have been duly executed by the owners of 100% of the frontage of the real property abutting on the streets named in the Petitions as the location of the improvements; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood, Minnesota: 1. The Petitions are hereby declared to have been signed by the owners of 100% of the frontage of the real properties abutting on the streets named in the petitions as the location of the improvements. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. 2. That the trunk water charge of $5,000 be levied against the property for up to fifteen (15) years for the above referenced Petitioners.
