RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 2L
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING
SERVICES FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS
Whereas, the City Council has directed Orr-Schelen-Mayeron and Associates,
Inc., consulting engineers, to complete the plans and specifications for water system
improvements on the Boulder Bridge and Badger Field Water Systems, including elevated
storage; and
WHEREAS, such work is to be completed on a percent of construction basis in
accordance with the attached design agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the design agreement for said
services is hereby approved and authorized to be executed by the City Administrator.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Shorewood, Minnesota
this 24th day of July, 1995.
