A RESOLUI'ICN GRANrING PRELIMINARY PIAT APPOOVAL FOR
G\K SEaN) AIDITICN
\\HEREAS, Thomas Wickenheiser (appl icant) has an interest in
certain land within the City of Shorewood and has applied to the Council for
preliminary approval of a replat of Outlot A, G\K Addition, to be known as
G\K Second Addition; and
WHEREAS, the appl icant' s request has been reviewed by the Ci ty
Planner and his recoomendations have been duly set forth in a Memorandum to
the Planning Coomission, dated 29 April 1987, which memorandum is on file at
Ci ty Hall; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Shorewood Planning
Coomission on 5 May 1987, for which notice was duly published and all
adjacent property owners duly notified.
NlV, 1HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the applicant's request for preliminary plat approval of
G\K Second Addi t ion is hereby granted.
2. That such approval is subject to the recoomendations set
forth in the City Planner's Memorandum dated 29 April 1987 and
the terms and conditions contained in the minutes of the Planning
Coomission meeting of 5 May 1987.
