REAL PROPERlY
WHEREAS, Donald Wi lfred Shafer and Jane Wes ton Shafer are the
owners of certain real property in the City of Shorewood, County of Hennepin,
State of Minnesota, legally described in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and made
a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, Donald W. Shafer is the owner or equitable owner of
certain real property in the City of Shorewood, County of Hennepin, State of
Minnesota, legally described in Exhibit 2, attached hereto and made a part
hereo f ; and
WHEREAS, the Shafers have applied to the City for a subdivision
and combination of said properties to fonn Parcel A and Parcel B, legally
described in Exhibits 3 and 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the subdivision and combination requested by the
Applicants comply in all respects with the Shorewood Zoning Ordinance.
liON, 'IHEREFOOE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the real properties legally described in Exhibits 1
and 2 be subdivided and combined to fonn Parcel A and
Parcel B, legally described in Exhibits 3 and 4.
2. That the City Clerk furnish Applicants with a certified
copy of this resolution for recording purposes.
3. That the applicants record this resolution with the
Hennepin County Recorder and Registrar of Titles within
thirty (30) days of the date of certification.
