WHEREAS, the Ci ty of Shorewood has previously approved the final
plat of Near Mbuntain and has entred into a Development Agreement with the
Developer, Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc., dated April 28, 1986; and
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood has agreed to certain
roodifications to said Developnent Agreement requested by the Developer and
has instructed that the said Development Agreement be amended to reflect
these modifications.

tnV, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of the City of
1. That the Development Agreement for Near Mbuntain dated
April 28, 1986, between the City of Shorewood and Lundgren Bros.
Construction, Inc., be and hereby is amended to include the terms and
condi t ions of the .Amendnent to Development Agreement for Near Mbuntain
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute the said .Amendment to Development Agreement on behalf of the City
Council of the City of Shorewood.
