WHEREAS, J. Brooks Hauser and Peggy Hauser have app 1 i ed for a
variance for the construction of a single-fmnily residence on property owned
by them at 27190 Edgewood Road in the Ci ty of Shorewood; and
WHEREAS, such variance pertains to the placing of fill within 20
feet of the normal high water mark contrary to the provisions of Shorewood
~dinance No. 168, Section 200.26 Subd. 7 b(1)(h); and
WHEREAS, a motion to approve the application, subject to certain
conditions and restrictions, was made by Stover and seconded by Haugen; and
WHEREAS, after lengthy discussion and consideration, a roll call
vote of the Counci 1 yielded the following resul ts:
Voting Aye
Brancel, Haugen, Gagne, Rascop, Stover
Voting Nay
None
IDV, 1HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci ty of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the application of J. Brooks Hauser and Peggy Hauser for
the above variance is hereby granted, subject to certain conditions and
restrictions.
2. That the City Attorney is hereby directed to prepare a
resolution setting forth Findings of Fact and Conclusions approving such
application for action by the Council within thirty (30) days.
