RESOLUI'ICN ID. 66-87
WHEREAS, on January 13, 1986, pursuant to Resolution No. 4-86,
the City Council granted Terry O'Sullivan a subdivision of certain property
in the City of Shorewood; and
WHEREAS, said property was divided into two parcels, which
parcels were legally described in an exhibit attached to said resolution,
which exhibit is attached hereto as Exhibit 1; and
WHEREAS, Terry O'Sullivan has since caused the two parcels to be
resurveyed resulting in new legal descriptions of the property, attached
hereto as Exhibit 2.
NlV, 1HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of
Shorewood:
1. That the legal descriptions of the two parcels of property
legally described in Exhibit 1 attached hereto be amended to confonn to the
legal description contained in Exhibit 2, attached hereto.
2. That the City Clerk furnish applicants with a certified copy
of this resolution for filing with the Hennepin County Recorder.
3. That this resolution must be recorded with the Hennepin
County Recorder within 30 days of the date the resolution is certified.
