WHEREAS, in September of 1972, the then fee owners of certain
property now owned by Terry 0' Sull ivan granted to the City of Shorewood
unconfined sewer easements across such property; and
WHEREAS, the Ci ty Counci 1 now wishes to confine said sewer
easement across such property to a strip of land being 7.5 feet on each side
of the existing sewer line.
NlV, 'lHEREFCRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of
Shorewood:
1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authori zed to
execute attached Quit-Claim Deed reconveying to Terry O'Sullivan the
unconfined sewer easement described in said deed.
2. That Terry O'Sullivan shall execute the attached Quit-Claim
Deed conveying a confined sewer easement to the City of Shorewood, said
easement being 7.5 feet on each side of the line described in said deed.
3. That both Quit-Claim Deeds shall be recorded with the
Hennepin County Recorder within 30 days of the date this resolution is
cert i fied.
