Johnson and Ann M. Johnson, husband and wife, (Johnsons), are the owners of certain real property in the City of Shorewood, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, legally described in Exhibit 2, attached hereto amd made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, Larson and the Johnsons have appl ied to the Ci ty for a subdivision and combination of said properties to fonn Parcel A and Parcel D, legally described in Exhibit 3, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, Larson and Johnsons and all other parties holding an interest in the said parcels have agreed to grant to the City a certain drainage and utility easement legally described in Exhibit 4 attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Shorewood Planning Cbmmission on 2 June 1987, for which notice was duly published and all adjacent property owners duly notified. IDV, 'lliEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci ty of Shorewood as follows: 1. That the real properties legally described in Exhibits 1 and 2 be subdivided and combined to fonn Parcel A and Parcel B, legally described in Exhibit 3. 2. That the City Clerk furnish Applicants with a certified copy of this resolution for recording purposes. 3. That Applicants record this resolution, together with the drainage and utility easement as described in Exhibit 4 from all parties holding an interest in the parcels, with the Hennepin County Recorder or Registrar of Titles within thirty (30) days of the date of certification.
