A REsoLurIrn STIPUlATING ID '!HE REGISTRATIrn OF CERrAIN LAND

WHEREAS, Franz Klodt & Son, Inc., applicant, has conmenced a
registration proceeding in District Court, Hennepin County, Court File
No. 19362, for the purposes of registering title to certain land in the City
of Shorewood; and
WHEREAS, a portion of the land to be registered encroaches on a
public road, open and travelled by the public; and
WHEREAS, the appl icant has agreed to provide the Ci ty of
Shorewood with an easement for public road purposes over such land pursuant
to the Stipulation attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A.

NlV, lliEREFURE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of
1. That the Mayor and Ci ty Clerk are hereby authori zed to
execute the said Stipulation on behalf of the City Council.
2. That the said Stipulation be filed with the District Court as
a part of the proceedings therein.
