A RESOLurIGI APPROVIl'U SUBDIVISIGI AND CXlVIHNATIGI OF
REAL PROPERlY
WHEREAS. Mary Jean Whi te. a single person. (Whi te) is the owner
of certain real property in the City of Shorewood. County of Hennepin. State
of Minnesota. legally described in EXhibit 1. attached hereto and made a part
hereof; and
V~. David J. Williams and Laura B. Willimns. (Willimns). are
the owners of certain real property in the City of Shorewood. County of
Hennepin. State of Minnesota. legally described in EXhibit 2. attached hereto
and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS. Whi te and the Wi 11 iams have applied to the City for a
subdivision and combination of said properties to fonm Parcel A and Parcel B.
legally described in EXhibit 3. attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS. White and all other parties holding an interest in the
said parcels have agreed to grant to the City certain drainage and utility
easements legally described in EXhibit 4. attached hereto and made a part
hereof; and
WHEREAS. the subdivision and combination requested by the
Applicants comply in all respects with the Shorewood Zoning Ordinance.
IDV. 'lHEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci ty of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the real properties legally described in EXhibits 1
and 2 be subdivided and combined to fonm Parcel A and
Parcel B. legally described in EXhibit 3.
2. That the City Clerk fUfilish Applicants with a certified
copy of this resolution for recording purposes.
3. That the applicants record this resolution. together with
drainage and utility easements as described in EXhibit 4
with the Hennepin County Recorder or Registrar of Titles
within thirty (30) days of the date of certification.
