That the real properties legally described in EXhibits 1 and 2 be subdivided and combined to fonm Parcel A and Parcel B. legally described in EXhibit 3. 2. That the City Clerk fUfilish Applicants with a certified copy of this resolution for recording purposes. 3. That the applicants record this resolution. together with drainage and utility easements as described in EXhibit 4 with the Hennepin County Recorder or Registrar of Titles within thirty (30) days of the date of certification.
