WHEREAS, Mike Kraemer (Qvner) owns real property wi thin the Ci ty
of Shorewood; and
WHEREAS, the Ci ty of Shorewood owns a nnmicipal water system
which does not presently serve the owner's property; and
WHEREAS, Qvner is desirous of hooking into the Tonka Bay
Municipal Water System; and
WHEREAS, Qvner has executed an agreement wi th the Ci ty of
Shorewood speci fically waiving any claims or defenses to a future assessment
for water by the City of Shorewood.

NlV, 1HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of
1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute the Water Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A on behalf of the
Ci ty Counci 1.
2. That the said Water Agreement be filed with the City Clerk
for future reference in the event that Shorewood extends water service into
Owner's property.
