RESOLurICN 00. 93-87
WHEREAS, the Ci ty Counci I has determined that a hazardous
building exists in the City of Shorewood at the following address:
5620 County Road 19, Shorewood, Minnesota 55331
Lot 26, Auditor's Subdivision No. 133
and,
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to correct the hazardous condition by
razing or rerooving such building.
rov, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood:
1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the attached
Order ordering repair or rerooval of such building pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes Section 463.16.
2. That such Order shall be served upon the owner of record, or
the owner's agent if an agent is in charge of the building, and upon the
occupying tenant, if there is one, and upon all lien holders of record, as
provided by Minnesota Statutes Section 436.17.
