WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the City Council on
March 10, 1986, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for
the construction of the water tower for that local improvement designated as
the Southeast Area Trunk Water Supply and Storage Facility and has presented
such plans and specifications to the City Council for approval.
N:lV, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Counci I of the Ci ty of
Shorewood, Minnesota, that:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
