RESOLUfICN APPROVIOO AGREEVJENI' FOR RECYCLIOO SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City Council has by previous resolution determined
to coordinate recycling efforts with the cities of Deephaven, Greenwood,
Excelsior, Tonka Bay, and Woodland; and
WHEREAS, the Ci ty is desirous of entering into an agreement wi th
a contractor to provide for the collection and disposal of recyclable
material; and
WHEREAS, Super Cycle, Inc., is a contractor capable of performing
such a collection and disposal service for the City.
N:lV, 1HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of the City of
Shorewood, Minnesota, that:
1. That the Ci ty enter into the Agreement for Recycling Services
with Super Cycle, Inc., which agreement is attached hereto and made a part
hereof as Exhibi t A.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute such Agreement.
