87-101 . . . RESOLUTION NO. 101-87 RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF REAL PROPERTY WHEREAS. Paul A. Skjervo1d and June Skjervo1d (Applicants) are the owners of certain real property in the City of Shorewood. County of Hennepin. State of Minnesota. legally described in Exhibit 1. attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS. Applicants have applied to the City for a subdivision of said real property into two parcels legally described in Exhibit 2. attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS. Applicants and all other parties holding an interest in the said real property have agreed to grant to the City certain drainage and utility easements legally described in Exhibits 3 and 4. attached hereto and made a part hereof; and NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood as follows: 1. That the real property legally described in Exhibit 1 be divided into two parcels. legally described in Exhibit 2. 2. That any future subdivision of Parcel B will be done as a formal plat in compliance with the Shorewood Subdivision Ordinance. as may be amended. 3. That the City Clerk furnish Applicants with a certified copy of this resolution for recording purposes. 4. That Applicants record this resolution. together with the drainage and utility easements legally described in Exhibits 3 and 4 with the Hennepin County Recorder or Registrar of Titles within thirty (30) days of the date of the certification.
