A RESOLurICN GRANrING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL FCR
G\LPIN LAKE \\aDS
WHEREAS, Jeffrey Schoenwetter, President of Schoenhall Ltd.
(Applicant) has an interest in certain land within the City of Shorewood
and has applied to the Council for preliminary approval of a plat to be
known as Gal pin Lake Woods; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant's request has been reviewed by the City
Planner and his recommendations have been duly set forth in a Memorandum
to the Planning Coomission, dated 27 August 1987, which memorandum is on
file at City Hall; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Shorewood Planning
Coomission on 1 September 1987, for which notice was duly published and
all adjacent property owners duly notified.
Nl\1, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Counci I of the Ci ty of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Applicant's request for preliminary plat approval of
Galpin Lake Woods is hereby granted.
2. That such approval is subject to the recommendations set
forth in the City Planner's Memorandum dated 27 August 1987, and the tenns
and conditions contained in the minutes of the Planning Comnission meeting
of 1 September 1987.
3. That such approval is further subject to the Applicant
obtaining addi tional right-of-way for the City in the fonn of a pennanent
easement for roadway purposes over and across Lot 12 in order to extend
Murray Street.
