A RESOLUI'Irn DESIGNATING AN AGENr 10 ISSUE CITATIrns
FCR VIOIATIrnS OF aIAP.rER 701, IXX1S
WHEREAS, Shorewood City Code Section 603.10 provides for the City
to designate by resolution certain employees, officers and agents to issue
citations whenever the officer, employee, or agent has probable cause to
believe that the person cited has committed a misdemeanor which the
officer, employee, or agent has the duty to enforce; and
WHEREAS, the Council has made a determination that Ron or Rich Stenberg
of Midwest Animal Patrol is such an agent.
NlV, 1HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood that:
1. Ron or Rich Stenberg of Midwest Animal Patrol is hereby
designated as an agent of the City to issue citations to parties in
violation of the provisions of Shorewood City Code Chapter 701.
2. This designation shall remain in effect for a period of one
year from the date hereof unless sooner revoked.
