A RESOLUTIGl AOOPrING 1HE 1988 GENERAL FUND BUOOET AND
APPROVING 1HE 1988 TAX LEVY
COILECl'IBLE IN 1988
WHEREAS, the 1988 General Fund Budget for the Ci ty of Shorewood
was submitted and made available for Public review at City Hall on
September 21, 1987; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing, upon notice duly given, was held on
September 28, 1987, for the purpose of receiving comments from the Public
regarding the adoption of such budget.
NlV, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the 1988 General Fund Budget is hereby accepted as
submitted and that the following sum of money be levied for 1987,
collectible in 1988, upon taxable property in the said City of Shorewood,
for the following purpose:
General Fund for general Ci ty purposes
$1,293,689.00
2. That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit a
certified copy of this Resolution to the County Auditor of Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
