BE PIACED CN 'll:IE 1988 TAX OOLLS
WHEREAS, Shorewood City Code Section provides for the
City to place delinquent sewer utility charges on the succeeding year tax
rolls for the specified properties; and
WHEREAS, the Council has made a determination that delinquent
sewer utility charges exist for the specified properties set forth in
Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
rnv, 'llIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Hennepin County Special Division be and hereby is
authorized to place the delinquent sewer utility charges on the 1988 tax
rolls and against the specified properties as set forth in Exhibit A.
2. That such delinquent sewer utility charges shall be called
Del inquent Sewer Account
