A RESOLUl'ICN DIRECTING a:>sTS FOR REVDVAL OF OFFENSIVE MATTER

WHEREAS, Shorewood City Code Section 501.01, Subd. 4, provides
for the City to assess costs for removal of offensive matter from private
property against the specified property and place them on the succeeding
year tax rolls; and
WHEREAS, the Council has made a determination that costs for
removal of offensive matter from private property exist for the specified
properties set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
~, nIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Hennepin County Special Division be and hereby is
authorized to place the costs for removal of offensive matter from private
property on the 1988 tax rolls and against the specified properties as set
forth in Exhibit A.
2. That such costs for removal of offensive matter from private
property shall be called Removal of Offensive Matter from Private Property
Account
