WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood (City) has had constructed a sewer
line servicing the plat known as QVK Addition; and
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of connecting said sewer line to
the Metropolitan Waste Control COmmission (MWOC) sewer line located in the
City at 24625 Yellowstone Trail.
K:JIv, lHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
That the City hereby requests the MVCX:: for permission to tap into
the MWOC sewer line at 24625 Yellowstone Trail.
