WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood (City) has had constructed a sewer
line servicing property owned by Paul Skjervold; and
V~, the City desires that said sewer line be connected to
the Metropolitan Waste Control Comnission (lVIVCX:;) sewer line located in the
City at 5650 Grant Lorenz Road.
NlV, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
That the City hereby requests the tvIvcx:; for pennission to tap into
the lV.WCC sewer I ine at 5650 Grant Lorenz Road.

WHEREAS, the proposed sewer for service to the residence
located at 5650 Grant Lorenz Road and presently
owned by Paul Skjervold does conform to the
comprehensive sewer plan based on the Engineer's
review;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Shorewood does hereby
approve the application for a permit for a
connection to the Metro Sewer Interceptor for
the aforementioned, and;
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the Clerk is authorized to
transmit said application to the Metropolitan
Waste Control Commission.
