WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood (City) has had constructed a sewer
I ine servicing property owned by Richard Gay; and
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of connecting said sewer line to
the Met ropo I it an Waste Control Comni ssion (J\II\1(X;) sewer I ine located in the
City at 5486 Covington Road.
lOV, 1HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of
Shorewood as follows:
That the City hereby requests the J.VWCX:: for permission to tap into
the J.VWCX:: sewer line at 5486 Covington Road.
