A REsoLurIrn APPROVING RIGIr OF ENIRY AGREEVlENT
'IRIVESm
WHEREAS, it is necessary and expedient for the City to construct
a public road and utilities on certain property owned by Trivesco, a
partnership consisting of Steiner and Koppelman, Inc., Robert H. Mason
Hames, Inc., and Highland Properties, Inc., in order to gain access to
property owned by the City; and
WHEREAS, Trivesco is agreeable to granting to the Ci ty a right of
entry over said properties as set forth in the Right of Entry Agreement,
attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit 1.
IDV, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Mayor and Ci ty Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute said Right of Entry Agreement on behalf of the City Council.
