A RESOLurIOO APPROVING AN EASE.V.IENI' AGREEVJENr WIlli TIlE
METROPOLITAN WASTE CXNIROL CXMVIISSIOO
WHEREAS, the lVIetropo1 it an Waste Control Corrrnission desires to
obtain certain easements over property owned by the City of Shorewood for
the purpose of constructing sanitary sewer lines; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to grant such easements, subject to
certain tenus and conditions contained in the Easement Agreement attached
hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A.
NlV, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of
Shorewood:
1. That the Mayor and Ci ty Clerk are hereby authori zed to
execute the said Easement Agreement.
2. That the City Clerk provide a certified copy of this
resolution for filing with the Hennepin County Registrar of Titles.
