RESOLUl'ICN 'ID APPROVE 1HE SALE OF CEIITAIN REAL PROPERIY

WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood (City) is the contract purchaser
of certain real property located at 5795 Country Club Road, legally
described as:
Lot 11, Block 2, Echo Hills 2nd Addition;
and
\~~, the City Council has deteftTIined that the City no longer
has a need for said property, and it is in the public interest that said
property be sold; and
WHEREAS, an offer has been received from Victoria Ayres for the
purchase of said property on teftTIs and conditions acceptable to the City.
lOV, 1HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Counci I of the Ci ty of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the above-described real property be sold to Victoria
Ayres pursuant to the teftTIs and conditions of the Purchase Agreement
attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute all
necessary documents required to effect the sale of the said property
pursuant to said agreement.
