FUR ElVIPI.!IDVIENI OF PUBL I C \\O.RKS EVIPIDYEES FUR YFAR OF 1988
WHEREAS, Local 224, Council 14 of the American Federation of
State, County, and MUnicipal Employees, AFL-CIO (the Union) is the
recognized bargaining agent for the public works employees of the City of
Shorewood (the Ci ty); and
WHEREAS, the Ci ty and the Union are desirous of entering into an
agreement for the employment of said employees for the period of
January 1, 1988, through December 31, 1988.
rnv, 'lliEREFrnE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the City enter into an agreement with the Union for the
employment of the public works employees for the period of January 1,
1988, to December 31, 1988, pursuant to the Agreement attached hereto and
made a part hereof as Exhibit A.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute the said Agreement on behalf of the Shorewood City Council.
