RESOLUTION NO. 132-86
WHEREAS, David H. Cochran is an existing member of
the Board of Managers for the Minnehaha
Creek Watershed District; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Cochran currently serves as the Presi-
dent of the Board; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Cochran is desirous of being reappointed
to the Board of Managers.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council
of the City of Shorewood hereby endorses
the reappointment of Mr. David H. Cochran
to the Board of Managers for the Minnehaha
Creek Watershed District.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Shorewood
