RESOLUTION # 117~86
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE DELINQUENT ASSESSMENTS ROLLS
BE IT RESOLVED, that the attached list represents the
Special Assessments to be assessed under Levy
#10238-Delinquent Sewer Utilities, to be as-
sessed for a term of 15 months at 8% interest
plus an additional $20.00 Certification fee,
effective October 1, 1986.
FURTHER, that the attached rolls were approved and
adopted at a duly held Council Meeting of the
14th day of October, 1986 by the Shorewood
City Council.
