RESOLUTION NO. 102-86
WHEREAS, Shorewood Ordinance No. 127 provides that the
City Council may, by motion or resolution, designate portions of
the highways and streets within the City of Shorewood as "No
Parking" zones and cause such zones to be marked by appropriate
signs; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that traffic
congestion exists on certain portions of Merry Lane within the
City of Shorewood; and
WHEREAS, it is ih the ihterest of public safety that a
"No Parking" zone be established in such locations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Shorewood, Minnesota, as follows:

1. That "No Parking" signs be erected at the following
location:
Along both sides of Merry Lane from Radisson Inn Road
to the south boundary of the Chr~stmas Lake public
water access.
ADOPTED/BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD, this 8th
