RESOLUTION NO. 92-86
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ANIMAL CONTROL CONTRACT
WITH MIDWEST ANIMAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, The City's animal control service has informed
the City that it is no longer going to cover
Shorewood; and
WHEREAS, Midwest Animal Services has contacted to City
to take the contract over at rates previously
charged; and
WHEREAS, The City Council has reviewed the proposed con-
tract and has made minor changes; and
.
WHEREAS, Said minor changes are acceptable to Midwest
Animal Services.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Shorewood to approve the contract for
animal control with Midwest Animal Services as
amended.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Shorewood this
28th day of July, 1986.
