A RESOWTlOO APPROVlOO SUBDIVISIOO AND aIVBlNATlOO OF
REAL PROPERIY
WHEREAS, Jan A. Niska and Bernice J. Niska (Niskas) are the
owners of certain real property in the City of Shorewood, County of
Hennepin, State of Minnesota, legally described in Exhibit 1, attached
hereto and made apart hereof; and
WHEREAS, the Niskas have applied to the City for a subdivision of
said real property into Parcel I and Parcel II legally described in
Exhibit 2, attached hereto and made a part hereof; illld
\~, the Niskas and all other parties holding an interest in
the said real property have agreed to grant to the City certain drainage
and utility easements legally described in Exhibit 3, attached hereto and
made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, Thanas H. Bodin and Mary S. Bodin (Bodins) are the
owners of certain real property in the City of Shorewood, County of
Hennepin, State of Minnesota, legally described in Exhibit 4, attached
hereto and made a part hereof; and
\~, the Bodins have applied to the City for a combination of
said real property with Parcel I above to form a single parcel legally
described in Exhibit 5, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
\~, the Applicant and all other parties holding an interest
in the said real property have agreed to grant to the City certain
drainage and utility easements legally described in Exhibit 6, attached
hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the subdivision and combination requested by the
Applicants comply in all respects with the Shorewood Zoning Ordinance.
NJN, 1HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Counci I of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the real property legally described in Exhibit 1 be
divided into Parcel I and Parcel II, legally described in
Exhibit 2.
2. That Parcel I above be combined with the real property
described in Exhibit 4 to form a single parcel legally
described in Exhibit 5.

3. That the City Clerk furnish Applicant with a certified copy
of this resolution for recording purposes.
4. That Applicant record this resolution, together with the
drainage and utility easements legally described in Exhibits
3 and 6 with the Hennepin County Recorder or Registrar of
Titles within thirty (30) days of the date of certification.
