RESOLUTION NO. 73-86
WHEREAS, Shorewood Ordinance No. 127 provides that the
City Council may, by motion or resolution, designate portions of
the highways and streets within the City of Shorewood as "No
Parking" zones and "Parking by Permit Only" and cause such zones
to be marked by appropriate signs; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that traffic
~otigestion exists on certain portions of Christmas Lake Road,
Radisson Inn Road, and Third Street, all within the City of
Shorewood; and
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of public safety that
"No Parking'land "Parking by Permit Only" zones be established
in such locations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Shorewood, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That "No Parking" signs be erected at the following
locations:

Christmas Lake Road from State Hwy 7 to Christmas Lane
Both sides of Radisson Inn Road from Radisson Entrance
to State Hwy Tl FrotltageRoad
Both sides of Third Avenue from Christmas Lake Road to
the Excelsior boundary
2. That one ";Barking by Permit Only" sign be erected
on the east side of Christmas Lake Road midway between State
Hwy 7 and Christmas Lane.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD, this
day of June, 1986.
