86-060• 4f RESOLUTION NO. 60 -86 A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION AND COMBINATION OF REAL PROPERTY WHEREAS, Paul B. Kelley is the owner of certain real pro- perty in the City of Shorewood, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, legally described in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, Mr. Kelley has applied to the City for a sub- division of said real property into Parcel A and Parcel B legally described in Exhibit 2, attached hereto and made part hereof; and WHEREAS, the subdivision requested by the'Applicant compli.esin. all respects with Shorewood's Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances.` NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the • City of Shorewood as follows: 1. That the real property legally described in Exhibit 1- be divided into Parcel A and Parcel B legally described in Exhibit 2. 2. That the City Clerk furnish Applicant with a certified copy of this resolution for recording purposes. 3.
