WHEREAS, Thanas L. Martinetto, a single person, (Martinetto), is the
owner of certain real property in the City of Shorewood, County of Hennepin,
State of Minnesota, legally described in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and made
a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, James L. Easter and Claudia M. Easter, husband and wife,
(Easters), are the owners of certain real property in the City of Shorewood,
County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, legally described in Exhibit 2,
attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, Martinetto and the Easters have applied to the City for a
subdivision and combination of said properties to form Parcel A and Parcel B,
legally described in Exhibit 3, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
W1~, Martinetto and the Easters and all other parties holding an
interest in the said parcels have agreed to grant to the City certain
drainage and utility easements legally described in Exhibits 4 mId 5,
attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the subdivision and combination requested by the Applicmlts
comply in all respects with the Shorewood Zorling ~dinance, except that a
setback variance of 11.5 feet on the west side of Parcel A is required for
residential construction.
N:M1, 'lHEREFUm, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci ty of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the real properties legally described in Exhibits 1 and 2
be subdivided and combined to form Parcel A and Parcel B,
legally described in Exhibit 3.
2. That a setback variance of 11.5 feet permitting residential
construction 18.5 feet from the westerly property line of
Pq.rcel A be and hereby is granted.
3. That the City Clerk furnish ApplicaIlts with a certified copy of
this resolution for recording purposes.
4. That ApplicaIlts record this resolution, together with drainage
and utility easements as described in Exhibits 4 and 5 fran all
